"Canada Super Visa" refers to the Canadian government's Parent and Grandparent Super Visa.

The 超级签证 (Super Visa) for Canada allows Canadian permanent residents and citizens' parents and grandparents to visit them in Canada for up to two years at a time.

The 超级签证 (Super Visa) is a multi-entry visa for Canada that allows multiple entries for up to ten years.

Parents and grandparents of Canadian permanent residents or citizens who want to stay in Canada for less than six months must instead apply for a Canada visitor visa.

The application processing fee charged by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada [IRCC] starts at CAD 100.

Processing times differ from one country to the next. Biometrics may be required.

To be eligible for the 超级签证 (Super Visa), an individual must be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

They must also have a signed letter of invitation from the child or grandchild inviting them to Canada.

Note that that a letter of invitation does not guarantee the visa issuance. It is simply a means of allowing visa offices to assess the applicant to determine if they meet the terms and requirements of Canadian immigration law.

While both the applicant and the individual for whom the visa is being applied must provide their full name and address and their relationship with the individual, the Parent and Grandparent Visa also requires a written and signed promise of financial support.

Evidence that the income of the Canadian citizen/permanent resident sponsoring their parent/grandparent meets or exceeds the low-income cut-off [LICO].

The person inviting their parent or grandparent to Canada must write the letter of invitation. In some cases, the visa offices may request that a notary public notarise the letter.

Among the various factors considered for 超级签证 (Super Visa) when granting the visa is that the individual invited to Canada must be a "genuine visitor" who will voluntarily leave the country at the end of their visit.
